Shadow Guard

After riding the elevator down successfully, go all east. In the library, you can look at the books for hints if you like. Find the security checkpoint, and say "Cretrenta." Open the door, smack the button in this new elevator. Find the science lab, say chest and door to the ninja administrator to pay 100k for the keys. Unlock the south door and the chest. Usually a wyrm will pop out, but occasionally you will get the shadow guard. Messiah apparently tried for 4 hours and didn't get it.

  • Part of a complicated key quest. It begins with getting all the keys in the cube area, 5 west and north from the market square. Five keys are required to get into the maze area.
  • 1. Shiny key - obtained randomly by killing moving cubes. Do not be confused if you do not get the key at first, as most of the cubes spawn with fake shiny keys. When you kill the right cube, the true Shiny Key will automatically spawn into your inventory.
  • 2. King key - after getting the shiny key, unlock the door 4 norths of entrance. There you will find King cube which will drop the king key. This key unlocks the door in the west hallway of the area and the chest in the room which leaves us to...
  • 3. The Shadow key - this key will be needed later and will be explained. Keep it in your inventory.
  • 4. Water key - after getting the shadow key, go back to the entrance and go 2up 2 north. There you will find an altar. From here, simply type "get all shrine."
  • 5.Cube key - after getting the water key, go back down to the cube entrance and go to the east hallway. Enter the room and unlock the chest with your newly obtained Water key. There you should find the cube key.
  • Now with the cube key, go back to the king's room and unlock the door north. There will be a chest in there that will contain a bracelet. Wear the bracelet and activate it. It teleports you to a new area where you can find bone scythes from the bone monsters. From the entrance, go two norths, three west, 4 south, and all east. Please note that if you don't follow these directions and fall out, you'll go into a room with no exits as a trap.
  • After you follow the directions, you should be able to go north and fight a miniboss, the giant. The giant drops a key which opens the door down of him. Be wary for his desanct. He also follows you if you flee.
  • After killing the giant, there will be two portals, the dark and the light. Follow through to the light and go north and grab the keys from the Pedestral.
